Care

• Hand wash only. Do not soak or put in the dishwasher.

How to order

• Payment is due in full at checkout. Put your wording, names, or logo in the order note at checkout, or email your photo (.jpg) to racecityengravings@gmail.com.
• For custom work, we send a proof by text or email before we engrave, and we start your piece after you approve it.
• If we cannot make what you asked for, or you decide not to go ahead before you approve the proof, we refund your order in full.
• We accept credit cards. Local pickup and shipping are available.
• All sales are final, except when an item arrives damaged or we made a mistake. In those cases we replace it. Report the problem within 7 days of delivery, with photos.
• Quantity discounts are available on request.
